Platform Overview
Roadscue is a digital platform that connects drivers and vehicle owners with independent third-party service providers offering roadside assistance and mobile car maintenance services. Roadscue does not directly provide mechanical or roadside services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Roadscue. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Services for Customers
Customers may request services including:
- Tire change
- Battery jumpstart or replacement
- Lockout assistance
- Mobile oil change
- Mobile car wash
- Brake service
- Other roadside or mobile vehicle services
All services are performed by independent service providers. Roadscue does not guarantee service availability, response times, pricing accuracy, or service outcomes.
Service Providers
Service providers using Roadscue operate as independent contractors and not as employees, partners, or agents of Roadscue. Service providers are solely responsible for:
- Quality and completion of services
- Required licenses, permits, and insurance
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Communication and conduct with customers
Roadscue reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove service providers at its discretion.
Payments and Pricing
Service pricing may be displayed on the platform or agreed upon directly between customers and service providers. Roadscue may facilitate payments but is not responsible for disputes related to pricing, refunds, or charges unless explicitly stated.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through a user account is the responsibility of the account holder. Roadscue is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations, delays, or no-shows may be subject to individual service provider policies. Roadscue is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from cancellations or service delays.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roadscue is not liable for:
- Vehicle damage or mechanical failure
- Personal injury or property damage
- Service delays or dissatisfaction
- Actions or omissions of service providers
Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials available on Roadscue are the property of Roadscue or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Prohibited Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
Privacy
